I haven't needed to use it yet. It was bought to take up the order to the free shipping level. I was glad to see it was made in Spain and not China. It looks like quality and that it will be useful for many things other than electric work.

ST88 is flame retardant and cold resistant, with excellent elasticity and insulating properties. Protects against UV rays, abrasion, water, oil, and other corrosive chemicals. Suitable as primary insulation when splicing up to 600 Volts. Can be used as a protective outer jacket in low temperature applications.
