    Shipping Policy

    FREE SHIPPING

    We are happy to offer FREE Standard Shipping for online orders over $150 to the continental US and Alaska. Excludes Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, and international destinations. Polar Wire will select the shipping method and carrier on shipments with free shipping. For excluded locations, Polar Wire will calculate shipping costs and contact you for payment approval prior to shipping.

    

    Remote locations and other areas without standard service may be exempt from this offer. Additional delivery service charges required to make your delivery, such as lift gate charges and residential delivery for freight shipments, are not included in the free shipping.

    

    Some items are restricted from free standard shipping due to their size, weight, or other disqualifying properties. In these cases, Polar Wire will contact you with a shipping estimate prior to shipping.

    

    High shipping costs have also impacted our Free Shipping offer and may require that a portion of the charges be passed along. If additional shipping charges are required, we will contact you for approval and payment before sending out your orders.

    

    Polar Wire's distributors may not use the free shipping and back-ordered items are exempt from free shipping.

    FULFILLMENT

    Polar Wire ships Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped as soon as possible beginning the following business day. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days for in-stock items.

    

    We have found that for some locations or in rare situations, the shipping charges given at checkout may be undercalculated. If actual shipping charges are significantly higher than calculated, we will contact you for approval before shipping your order.

    Next Day/Overnight Shipping

    Cutoff times apply, and vary with location. Please contact us for applicable cutoff times for your service area. Next Day/Overnight service is not available in all areas.

    International Shipping

    For international shipments, Polar Wire will select a best way shipping method and add the shipping cost to your order.

    Duties, Import Taxes, and Fees

    Products shipped internationally are subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient/purchaser for payment. Polar Wire has no control over these charges and cannot anticipate what the charges may be.

    

    Customs policies vary widely from country to country. To expedite the shipping process, please contact your local customs office for information on your country's customs clearance procedures and fees.
