These cables, JC-2-25, look great. 2 awg / 25' long. Cable ends are shrink wrapped and bolted to clamps. Construction is bomb proof. Knowing you are supporting American workers is the best thing. Glad I have them.

If you are looking for the highest quality set of jumper cables that money can buy, look no further! The cables are a bit pricey but definitely worth it, they stay flexible in the cold and come with a nice carrying case.

These cables, as others have pointed out, are bomb proof! (they have a video showing how they are made). The quality is excellent. The entire set weighs 16.2 lbs. The clamps are much better quality than I expected, and the plastic on the grip area of the clamps is nice and thick. The jaws open wide enough to get a firm connections on even odd size terminals. The cable is extremely flexible, and resists tangling. Due to the size, it takes a bit of patience to roll it up nicely to fit back into the bag. The bag is decent quality. Very similar to the Bucket Boss cable bag. Honestly, I could have saved a little money and gone with 4 ga and 20 feet long (and saved around 4 lbs of weight). I think with the quality of the clamps and the wire, 4 ga would be a fine choice in most applications. I would buy this set again in a heartbeat, and would not worry about the cost.

I would like to thank the people at Polar Wire, these are probably the best jumper cables I have owned. All copper wire, I don't think I have ever owned all copper jumper cables, The cable ends are secure to the clamps, the wire is real flexible. I bought these for my 1/2 ton crew cab truck, 25' should be long enough - 2 gauge should be plenty to shoot 300A to a near dead battery to start a car. These cables are heavy. When you have a dead battery it is like being stranded and no one around, having the best cables made - priceless.

I had need of these shortly after receiving them and was very please to find that they were the best jumpers I'd ever used. Very flexible and obviously top quality and worth every penny.
